WAPCo Shuts Down Pipeline

Ghana, Accra, (August 28, 2012) - The West African Gas Pipeline Company (WAPCo) operator of the West African Gas Pipeline (WAGP) system has shut down the pipeline system after experiencing a loss of pressure around the Lome segment of the pipeline this morning.

West African Gas Pipeline resumes gas deliveries but with less gas

The West African Gas Pipeline Company (WAPCo), operator of the West African Gas Pipeline (WAGP) system has resumed gas receipts into its pipeline. WAPCo was forced to shut off gas receipts as the gas that was being received at the company's Itoki Receipt terminal exceeded allowable gas specifications for moisture content.
